Alvarez is a family first company that makes their employees feel at home and apart of the team from day one. We are a small company that is growing fast, so the room for growth is there. Another great incentive is that Fridays are half days!

Cons

Salary and Benefits could be more, but there is room for growth.

Competitive projects. Opportunity to gain experience in residential construction.

Cons

VERY high employee turnover. Leadership often appeared unwilling to accept accountability. Decisions were, in my experience, frequently based on personal opinions rather than objective facts. Employees could be blamed for decisions made or approved by ownership. Poor communication and lack of trust. Limited opportunities for long-term career growth.
