Amtrust is a large company that tried to accommodate the fact that their employees have lives and lives have emergencies. They take care of us as best they can for being so large
Cons
Individual experiences can vary from department to department. There can tend to be a lot of managers in positions that they shouldn't be in.

We work hard to provide a supportive work life balance and we want all our employees to be the best version of themselves not just at work but at home and in their communities. We appreciate your feedback and if you would like to discuss further please contact AmTrustCareers@amtrustgroup.com.
Rolling out an incomplete new operating system was a horrible idea. Creates additional work for adjusters. The processes being implemented are hindering the ability to effectively close claims. Adjusters are being told to do more with less every day. Claim counts average 180 to 200 for the last 6 months with no relief in sight. Hybrid work was promised at 2 home and 3 in office. That was recently revoked and it is now mandatory 4 days in office. With gas prices what they are, that really hurts. Corporate management seems to be focused more on obtaining #1 status and bringing in the big bucks than finding a way to relieve the stress on their employees. Mental health is non existent and if you aren't putting in 50+ hours a week there is no way to stay on top of your work load. Even then you will feel like you are barely treading water. New NICE phone system is for call centers-not claim adjusters. Not a lot of advancement opportunities unless you are someone's pet. Benefits are mediocre at best.
