Pros
I guess, the only good reason to work here is that I have a flexible schedule. But I that is something that any other company out there would offer.
Cons
Not enough shifts, low pay rate, no overtime (alot of 4h and 8h shifts), not a great communication with the office, very unprofessional employees (office and caregivers), no additional training, no carrier opportunities, no 401k, bad medical insurance...
