Pros

Lovely clients sometimes, sometimes they are not.

Cons

They constantly ask for you to cover shifts and have less than 7 hours in between shifts. There is no communication between supervisors/management and employees/in home aids. They state in your orientation that you will be given training and it never comes. They do not tell you how to access paystubs. They do not take the safety of their CNA/Aids seriously. They in orientation state that the case manager will come out to every new home you go into, so they can show you around and what you are expected to do by the family. Then go back on their own policy. Overall a lot of broken promises, policies, rules, and trust between employer and employee.
