Pros

A friendly environment with caring coworkers and superiors, flexible hours, fair pay... It was a good opportunity to find work while in school that would take my classes into consideration. The job was not difficult, and it was good while it lasted.

Cons

As a peer tutoring position for a two-year college, it will not likely be a job that lasts. Don't plan to make a career out of being there.
