Pros

A great place to work! Very open and accommodating for family needs and flex time. They have great Summer hours are nice as well. Christmas break is mandatory, but paid. The dress code is very easy to live with and working conditions are good as well.

Cons

Not much advancement and the pay is not the best, but benefits are good.
