My time at the college was a truly great experience, offering significant opportunities for professional development. I valued the ability to advance to an administrative assistant, showcasing the organization's commitment to internal growth. A standout aspect was the incredible team dynamic; working with such a supportive and collaborative group made every day fulfilling. The positions themselves were inherently fulfilling, and the great benefits offered by the college were a considerable advantage, demonstrating a strong investment in employee well-being.
Cons
There were areas that could certainly be improved. The primary challenge encountered was weak leadership, which at times created a lack of clear direction and cohesion.
