Pros

The company is making a lot of changes but in the right direction! Management is open to new ideas and they take current employees advice on what we can do to make the company even better. We are constantly innovating and open to the next best thing to benefit the team and the company as a whole. Ameri-Force also has a great "small company" feel despite the size of the organization so it feels more like a family than a huge organization.

Cons

While the organization does have a "small company" feel it does not take away from the size of our company and responsibilities. With that being said, at times it can get extremely busy and feel a bit overwhelming.

Great pay / OT and friendly environment. I worked with Ameriforce for 10+ years and they were always timely when it came to me picking up work throughout the shipyard .

Cons

Job security in the shipyard isn’t always the best.

Team members are collaborative, leadership is approachable, and there’s trust to manage your own work. Excellent work environment.

Cons

High expectations can feel challenging if you’re not naturally self-driven. The fast pace requires strong organization and adaptability. Workload can be demanding at times, but it comes with growth opportunities.
