Pros

If you perform you will succeed. Good people, good atmosphere, good company. A healthy balance of work and play. Upper management listens and is accessible by anyone from a manager to an admin. The previous and current president have been great. They both brought different insights to the table and have put us in a position to grow.

Cons

I didn't start working here sooner. The company has growing pains so you have to be comfortable with wearing many hats at times.

Great pay / OT and friendly environment. I worked with Ameriforce for 10+ years and they were always timely when it came to me picking up work throughout the shipyard .

Cons

Job security in the shipyard isn’t always the best.

High expectations can feel challenging if you’re not naturally self-driven. The fast pace requires strong organization and adaptability. Workload can be demanding at times, but it comes with growth opportunities.
