The work is there and they offer insurance.

Cons

They totally drop the ball on helping you even on the simplest things. I explained not to call me except at certain times like at break.Youd think they'd know this stuff after all they are in the ship building business. I explain it every single bit of 10 times even have it put up on my screen do they adhere?? Well h... no who am I. In turn you get no help . It's like the most frustrating thing imaginable .

Great pay / OT and friendly environment. I worked with Ameriforce for 10+ years and they were always timely when it came to me picking up work throughout the shipyard .

Cons

Job security in the shipyard isn’t always the best.
