Pros

Ameri-Force is a great company to work for! There have been a lot of changes over the years, and the company is definitely headed in the right direction. Because the company is growing, there are multiple opportunities for advancement for those employees who are open to the changes associated with them.

Cons

I can't think of many...Ameri-Force has a great "small company" feel, and every manager has an open door policy for their team.

Great pay / OT and friendly environment. I worked with Ameriforce for 10+ years and they were always timely when it came to me picking up work throughout the shipyard .

Cons

Job security in the shipyard isn’t always the best.

Team members are collaborative, leadership is approachable, and there’s trust to manage your own work. Excellent work environment.

Cons

High expectations can feel challenging if you’re not naturally self-driven. The fast pace requires strong organization and adaptability. Workload can be demanding at times, but it comes with growth opportunities.
