Pros

Good base salary. The rest of the employees are kind and have been there for an insanely long time which at first seemed like a good sign. Keurig cups are offered

Cons

They say family and health comes first. Sounds great at first and like they understand you are people which is refreshing. That comes with an exception. If you have family and health emergencies that are just more then what they deem then now you are not a person but a number. If you are a newbie coming into the company ... you will work for a woman who has never been a manager before. So many people were let go in seconds or days or weeks and told the same thing ...not even by the owner to see what lies we have all presumed he was being fed and to defend our sides... but by the person saving their own skin. One day ceo will tell you he believes I’m you and the next the manager will give you the same line that is given to all that are let go ... “it just isn’t a good fit”. No matter how many times you ask “where did this co,e from and why?” ..... it will just be repeated. And your answer is because they are saving their own skin before ownership finds out they aren’t doing their job. During “training”, you better not have any questions because you will be yelled at to stop asking questions... By the person who is supposed to be training you? Expect a short temper and non managerial skills. Good person, bad manager. You don’t really receive training ..... you just go figure it out yourself and when you come to so,etching you don’t know about ...you act on it because you are scared to ask a question and if it’s wrong then you will be told that you should have known what to do or it was told to you when it never was.

Pros

Non-exempt salary, get paid for OT

Cons

The worst company I've ever worked for. Flown out to New York for 2 weeks to work 10.5 hour days without AC at times in 85+ degree heat. Closed deals in my first week on the phones and was shown the door less than 2 weeks later. No investment in the betterment of their employees. No subsidized health insurance. No PTO until after year 1. No personal days until 3 months in. Blackout days/months on PTO. Don't get paid holidays if you're in training. Toxic competitive culture created by the owner where you're discouraged to be happy for your teammates closing deals. Ridiculously high standard for new employees that tenured employees don't get held to. You're just a number and the only thing that matters is your numbers. You're constantly given conflicting information and expected to retain all of it. Go look up what businesses say about them through the BBB
