      There is nothing positive at all.

      Cons

      The west Regulatory group is run by a bully, the benefits are so-so and the overall leadership is unstable. The only training you get is "here's the file from the last filing, figure it out and don't ask questions."

      Immediate team culture good, pay and benefits decent

      Cons

      Becoming toxic, lack of communication and understanding. Ex: flattening middle management while adding more executive leadership but not eliminating the tasks needed of middle management so individuals doing multiple roles and tasks above or without pay grade with little to no notice or training.
