      Pros

      Most managers are great. They are understanding and supportive.

      Cons

      The new CEO and executive leadership changes have been stressful for everyone. Changes are being made that are bringing down morale. I would have never moved my life and taken this position had I had known what was going to happen. While they believe these changes are going to improve work product, it's not. People are not motivated to go above and beyond for a company that will not do the same. Also pay is below market and promises made go unfulfilled.

      Very laid back. Minimal oversight. Great managers.

      Slow growth opportunities, just have to wait for people to retire.

      Pros

      Immediate team culture good, pay and benefits decent

      Cons

      Becoming toxic, lack of communication and understanding. Ex: flattening middle management while adding more executive leadership but not eliminating the tasks needed of middle management so individuals doing multiple roles and tasks above or without pay grade with little to no notice or training.
