Direct and upper management are horrible. It is like working in a confined jail cell. They have absolutely no respect or appreciate for the administrative sections of their company. The work hours are absolutely ridiculous and they make you feel like a horrid human being for going to something as important as a doctors appointment. Time off? Earning actual benefits? Forget about it! The salary is awful and their is little to no room for any form of growth unless you want to stab all of your coworkers in the back and trash talk everyone.
