Our Consultants have an average tenure of 8 years with American Traveler, that is remarkable in a sales and service environment and in the current employment climate. Thank you for noting our in-depth training program. Our clients can be assured that they are working with knowledgeable, well-trained representatives. Our Consultants enjoy assisting their Travelers in meeting their career goals. Many of these very happy Travelers have left reviews for their Consultants on this site confirming what a wonderful job the Consultant and our support teams are doing. We are happy to reward our Consultants for their accomplishments. We do update our Consultant commission plans annually to add incentives to stay focused on current trends. This year we have added $11,500.00 in additional income opportunities for our newest Consultants just starting out. We added up to $6,000.00 in additional income for our tenured Consultants. The last update to their goals were made in May of 2014. Working for a rapidly growing business in a highly competitive industry involves frustrations, hard work and an outgoing, can-do attitude.
