The job was rather flexible with hours. A lot of the employees are attending school. Atmosphere is fast pace and makes the day go by fast.
Cons
Most likely have to work weekends (retail). Pay varies due to location due to pay being dependent on tips. High turn overrates, so people are often being trained.
