Pros
It's a fun fast paced job with many fun coworkers, cool cars, and good money. You get paid to get in a workout when things are fast, but when things are slow you have enough time to work on homework.
Cons
Lack of promotion! There really isn't very much room to move up in the company even after years of faithful employment. There are also no raises offered, ever. Management has also been very inconsistent at times and false promises have been made.
