Cons
One of the lots they use for parking is about a mile from the valet stand and when a car is called you must run the full distance no walking allowed and on weekends is regularly full so you end up making many trips to the lot and soaked in sweat by the end of a shift. Also not the companies fault but this is in santa monica and most of the cars are north of $60,000 also many exotic cars but most of the customers tip VERY little usually $1-$2. When you are running so far and so many times and sweating so much it is very ridiculous to be tipped so little. Also it probably doesn't help that since those cars are parked far away it takes a while to retrieve the car which probably influences the tip and also all tips are pooled.
