Excellent people who are dedicated, smart, and fun Very strong CEO making positive changes (PS - CEO is not Clay Patmont) Strong emphasis on growth, including internal promotions Interesting projects that you can learn a lot on - always something new Great benefits, with a yearly review across the A&E industry for competitive pay Working towards more diversity, including women, in leadership positions

Slow to weed out bad apples, but are addressing this through changes in staff management and leadership
