Unfortunately 2018 to 2019 resulted in a year of change with several transitions including a temporary HR team that had to quickly support the organization. This period of change resulted in some missed communications and some ambiguity as there were new roles created, staff moved into new roles and other departments experience organizational changes. However, all these changes and transition were important to set the stage for growth and advancement. As a result of these changes, the company has now established a new HR team, continues to work to provide development opportunities to staff and continues to review and establish best practices for coordination and management of work.
