Pros
Some of the people who work their are genuinely good people and care about the people they work with. They worked hard for the good of the company and the people who make up the company.
Cons
The culture and vibe of the company has significantly declined in the last 5-8 years. It became apparent that in order to get ahead, you needed to step on people along the way or be an outside hire from another company. The bottom line takes precedence over treating employees well. Terrible project managers and toxic people are promoted because they are good at sales or another particular skill, while other genuinely good, hard working people are overlooked for decent raises and promotions. There is no value placed in staff management, talent management or employee engagement. Employees are viewed as a liability, not an asset.
