Pros
AQ does a great job backing up its values with real action. 401(k) education sessions are actually useful (not just check-the-box), and the community giving efforts and annual impact report give a clear sense of where we are headed and why it matters. Last year's retreat in Arizona was a standout. It wasn't just fun, it gave people across offices a chance to connect and hear directly from leadership in a transparent, grounded way. You can tell leadership is trying to get it right, even when things are far from perfect. All in all, it's a place where I feel supported, informed, and a part of something meaningful. Great mix of purpose and practicality.
Cons
I can tell that leadership is trying to get it right, even when things are far from perfect. One example: the matrix reporting structure can still feel a bit messy, but they've acknowledged it and are working on making it more intuitive and effective.
