Cons

Some departments have a a lot of micro managing. This causes a lot do things to be delayed for approval. Little growth in company.

Small team on the warehouse, focus on your work and you should be fine.

Cons

You have to fake it with people to get along so they don't get you fired. No music, Mondays busiest day.
