Small team on the warehouse, focus on your work and you should be fine.

Cons

You have to fake it with people to get along so they don't get you fired. No music, Mondays busiest day.

Pros

Co-workers are excellent. There is a lot of camaraderie and teamwork that's difficult to find in some places.

Cons

Management is terrible. Don't expect professional growth, pay increases, or appreciation of any kind. A lot of micromanaging, and all decisions depend on the CEO's mood that day. Really. Overworked, underpaid. Also, no guaranteed parking, so you have to arrive way before your shift just to find a spot that's walkably close.
