office is crowded sometimes. I don't find it as a con, but i think someone who finds hard to focus in crowded environment might find it difficult.

This isn’t a company built on integrity; it’s a private-equity machine obsessed with maximizing investor returns. They buy up markets to control the industry and crush competition, not to improve service or support their people. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this company.
