Pros

Historically, they reliably delivered payroll and expense reimbursements on schedule. The approach of new managment in 2012 seems to be to hire young, inexperienced, highly trainable people with low salary expectations, which presents a great opportunity for someone early in their career to get some good software industry training and experience.

Cons

I had limited experience under the new management regime, so my perception may not be applicable over the long haul, but their frequently-mentioned, but not shared, 'Vista Equity Partners standard operating procedures' seem to include management direction to not develop relationships with underlings because you never know when they will fall on the wrong side of the bell curve and be laid off, so better not to get emotionally attached. Management strictly by the numbers. Makes for a passion-less, sterile environment.

Pros

Great environment, the culture is truely incresible

Cons

Slight last of confidence in the future. Recent re-orgs, very single threaded in critical support areas, and ambiguity around when functionalities/tech will be launch give a bit of concern.

Pros

The salary is good if you negotiate at entry into the company. They also have a good bonus structure when you hit the marks and get it. People in product and services are generally good people.

Cons

Raises are almost non-existent, if you get promoted, it is almost as if you didn't get a raise. Being in services is almost like living under a rock, you will not get visibility in any other area of the company. Extremely HIGH turnover in consultants and leadership. Not somewhere I would recommend somewhere who wants to learn and continuously grow in their career in the long term.
