Pros

Discount. I struggled to wear their clothes after working there.

Cons

The culture is exactly what you'd expect - everything they do is about the "form" and not the "function". They don't invest in their people. They invest in the design of their corporate offices, and prioritize their own bonuses over the performance and success of their teams. Prioritize process over everything. If you follow the process, nothing else matters, including quality. If your presentation is pretty, you're successful. The content doesn't matter. Popularity and looks drive success, not performance. If you don't look the part, it will be very difficult to be successful.

Pros

Good discount, and there’s an interesting network of young coworkers often in the arts/interested in fashion and business, sometimes the work is actually rewarding (particularly for styling)

Cons

Extremely stressful, pay honestly doesn’t even match up to the level of work expected, subtle structural influences to pit coworkers against one another (particularly stylists), managers are burnt out therefore often reinforcing this system that is meant to squeeze the most about of productivity out of each employee before they quit/get fired
