The discount. People you work with. 401k. And the fact that you get to buy some neat things at this place
Cons
Management needs to reward those who have done good especially the ones that have been with the company for years. The pay needs to be at least $11/hr. That's a minimum. Other places go higher. The work load that you have to perform is ridiculous. Managers say one thing and deny it the next. No room for growth. Hours aren't the greatest. You'd be lucky to get 30hrs a week. Only 3 to 4 people to work the entire store. And they want it looking brand new during close. Good luck
