Pros
Very flexible working hours can pick and choose when you work. Enjoyable to work at weddings. Work is different every time and can be very varied.
Cons
Shifts are usually either very long or very short. Pick up and lift sorting can be fairly messy. Pay is okay for what you do. Sometimes the shifts get mixed up so you can be working short staffed or too many staff. Working hours are quite odd.
