Pros

Great people, partners who care and want their employees to really do well. Everyone is hired based off of culture not necessarily how many placements they will make (of course that matters to). Senior leadership very stable and constantly growing. Diverse too more woman than men.

Cons

Office location is closer tot he empire state building than mid town proper
