Pros
I have worked at a few recruiting firms in my career and The Atlantic Group is by far the best for several reasons. It begins at the top with leadership and trickles down throughout management and the staff. They want everyone to be successful and give you all the tools and guidance to achieve your goals. No one here is a number, you are a person that they get to know on a personal level. Your husband, wife, children and all known and asked about regularly. The team comradery is unlike any other firm and everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand and give sound advice. It does not matter if you are young in your recruiting career or seasoned this is a firm you can call your home.
Cons
There are truly no cons to working here and if there ever became one management would quickly eradicate it.
