It does come as a surprise that you are having difficulty with flexibility as we have always promoted flexibility (Core Value) with our teams and their schedules. Of course, there are customer considerations that must also be balanced. Additionally, it is not clear what is meant by "strictly by the clock" . Due to the nature of our business, we must strictly follow a clock for purposes of accurately tracking time and compensating our teammates.
