Thank you very much for the feedback. I wish I knew more regarding your advice to management. These forums are great opportunities for us to take advantage of feedback. I will however, bring your comments to the leadership and hopefully it is recognized and addressed. Agreed that the office is a very populated but can be a great byproduct of growth. This is being addressed but probably won't be fixed overnight....but it will be corrected.
