Pros
Employee Focused
Flexible Work Schedules
Competitive Benefits and Pay
Team oriented co-workers company wide.
I started as a junior technician 15 years ago, with the intent of using this job as a stepping stone to other jobs. But, I had a great team of coworkers who mentored me and encouraged me to keep advancing my skills and professional knowledge. Even at the first end-of-year party for the company, the owner of the company and senior leadership always took the time to learn the names and faces of new employees, and to take a few minutes to talk face to face. Now, even 15 years later, new employees are still greeted, supported and encouraged by the senior leadership. Opportunities for advancement are available for motivated individuals that stay engaged with the entire team. Management is very supportive and understanding when emergency situations arise and if time-off is needed.
Cons
The nature of the work can often be demanding, and require last minute travel.
