Pros

The work that was being completed with the government was very rewarding. I felt that I was making a good impact. The company has a good reputation and would be a great stepping stone to a more long term opportunity. Brian Miller really cares about the company and where it is headed. For government contracting they have a lot of 10,15,20+ year members.

Cons

Company is underpaying by 10-20K. It has been repeated multiple times through these reviews. The company boasts flexibility but every company post-covid is offering work from home or hybrid with a generous flex schedule that outperforms what they offered. It was confusing on how some members could telework and others were required in the office. MAP awards go to the same employees every quarter and mostly back of house employees. There are two many mid level managers in this company. Trying to deal with your direct supervisor is essentially just a roadblock to get to all the project managers. There are too many project managers/technical project managers as well as the program managers involving themselves on all levels of the project. The company is really big into volunteering/donating but it also seems like it is a large group of people's full time job. No way to promote in this company.
