What a mess! The pay is shabby and no one is at the helm. For a company with such a bright future the culture is depressingly toxic and begins and is exacerbated by the top. The CEO is is very hard to work with and has issues. He's extremely rude to his employees, especially if you're an engineer, and seems to feel threatened easily. He only surrounds himself with people that agree with him, regardless of their competency, and coincidentally only these types get promoted and recognised.
