      Pros

      Watching kiddos grow. Supervisors are great and personable. Director is helpful. Getting paid to play! A lot of ongoing training. Room for growth. You actually get to meet co-workers in this company! Fun meetings. Training is great! Annual Raises. Great for college students.

      Cons

      Driving. Hours can get sparse. Client cancellations (happens to all ABA companies). Part-time employees work holidays. Can be put on cases with kiddos that can get aggressive.
