Pros

They provide you with training to be a certified RBT. Trainees seem nice. Hours are about -20 hours, which is good if you are going to school.

Cons

I feel like I need a lot of help. I feel like my supervisor is overworked so I only get minimal support. I have no one else to talk to. There is a lack of community, I don't really get to connect from anyone in the company from either other BTs or anyone else.

Thank you for this - and for the genuine advice you left for management. Hearing directly from RBTs is something we deeply value, and the fact that you felt those voices weren't reaching the right people is feedback we take to heart. Amazing clients and growth opportunities are things we work hard to protect, and we know that means getting the environment and leadership around them right too. Communication and stability are areas we're actively investing in, and your perspective helps shape that work. Thank you for everything you gave to your clients.
