We appreciate hardworking employees like you who help us make a difference in the families we serve. We know the impact cancellations can make and we’re actively piloting different programs. We’re committed to finding a solution!
In the meantime, we always encourage our employees to proactively communicate with their direct supervisor and client services to schedule makeup sessions, so our people can make up any lost time. For our employees interested in more hours we recommend keeping availability updated with their team so that Client Services can reach out when additional hours become available.
