You get to change lives and make a good impact on people.

Cons

There’s no actual pay structure and if you ask for one they can’t provide one. Little to no direction when it comes to starting the job and continuing. Little to no room to move up in the company. Issues never resolved in a timely manner. Poor management and response from upper management.

The Behavior Technician role is a critical one that can truly change lives. We’re truly sorry to hear your time with us wasn't more positive, and please know we take that seriously.
