Pros

Good pay, get to work with autistic children/families, don’t have to work weekends.

Cons

They don’t pair you appropriately with clients, they throw you together & find out what happens. One of my coworkers hasn’t been paid for a month. The Mileage reimbursement is a joke. They don’t inform you how many hours you’ll be studying to pass exams.

Thank you for this - and for the genuine advice you left for management. Hearing directly from RBTs is something we deeply value, and the fact that you felt those voices weren't reaching the right people is feedback we take to heart. Amazing clients and growth opportunities are things we work hard to protect, and we know that means getting the environment and leadership around them right too. Communication and stability are areas we're actively investing in, and your perspective helps shape that work. Thank you for everything you gave to your clients.
