He's determined to succeed and to bring EVERYONE along with him. He's proven time and again that he's dedicated to making sure all his employees are taken care of. He's offered millions of dollars to sell the company every month but he remains humble and focused on bringing everyone that's helped him achieve success along with him. He knows everyone at the company by name and takes time to know about their life and family story. No where in my 20+ years have I ever met a CEO who cares more passionately, enthusiastically and personally about his employees! ASI is unconditionally the BEST place for anyone to come and grow and learn and change as the technology changes.
