We dedicate a significant amount of time in conversations and monthly surveys from management to hear from our employees. Business contracts take time which allows ASI to make informed decisions along the way. We are not a perfect company. We are growing, and with that growth, we learn along the way and changes must be made. We don't get everything correct 100% of the time, but we truly care about our customers' needs, ambitions, and goals.
