My perception - Anonymous employee Autonomous Solutions Employee Review

Way too many meetings and yet in spite of a plethora of meetings the overall communication is poor. There are assumptions that decisions/deadlines made in these meetings are being relayed to everyone that should be in the loop, but many of us are left in the dark. Processes that do exist are not followed usually because of the pressures to meet a deadline or because of a perceived "hassle" in following a process. This may get things done in the short term but proper documentation and lack of checks/balances can cause problems in the long term.
