Pros
-Fun work setting -Lots of strong, intelligent people -Weekly company meetings -Quarterly Bonusus -Awesome location -Challenging but fair work -Free lunches every week -Benefits are nice
Cons
-They are expanding like crazy. Hiring dozens of people bi-weekly, but lacking the organization and resources to hire all of these people -CEO feels egotistical. Posting about how they praise billionaire CEO's like Musk and Cook. It alarms me a CEO thinks they did anything but get lucky and start rich. -Zero diversity. If I was anyone but a dude, I would feel intimidated to work here. Almost everyone shares similar education and backgrounds in good ol' utah -Begs employees to write good reviews about them -Offices that are outside of Mendon are a joke -Pay is laughably low -Interviewers advertise it as 1 day a week in person, but it was announced it'll be 3 days in person soon
