      Very good 401k and provides upto taxed 10k for tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      5 days in person, Too much micro management, Not enough salary for the work you do. Not a very good learning environment for young engineers.

      Although the company is headquartered in the United States all of the serious decisions are made in Spain and Europe rather than here
