Pros
Easy application process. They are eager to get qualified people in the door.
Cons
Not upfront about the actual job you'll preform, or the way that they write their contracts. No 401K matching. They will say that they are working on a contribution plan but, that has not happened in over a year. You'll have to threaten to leave in order to get a raise.
