Pros
They really give you opportunities to shine. They look for an attitude that comes to the table with ideas. The pay is good, better than most in the industry. No pension, as with most these days, good match on 401k, yearly bonus, PPO healthcare, standard medical leaves and costs are industry standard.
Cons
If you are an exempt employee, the hours can be grueling. Single parents beware. Work life balance was not a priority. It was actually said to me directly from my supervisor that it did not matter my hours, I worked until the task was done. Would not have an issue normally, but I was required to answer international calls at 1am, yet be in my desk by 8am with a 2yo child I had to take to daycare as well. I slept 4 hrs a day at best and worked weekends.
