Pros
My team was phenomenal, made a lot of great friends there. You're never bored as there is always some project you are working on, in addition to your daily fire fighting. Compensation was competitive for the area.
Cons
Zero work-life balance, communication between executives and ground floor employees is completely broken making it hard to understand the company vision. You will be run into the ground, you will have to follow processes for the sake of a following a process. Talent recruitment is a joke and consistently bring in the wrong employees, rewarding the subpar workers while the "rock-stars" are taken for granted and treated poorly - leading to high turnover or a crushed soul. You will be told what to do, while being asked for your input just to have your PROFESSIONAL recommendations ignored - leaving you dead inside. Zero room for vertical movement, as it's mostly the old timers who are coasting to retirement with little desire to stop cashing their paychecks. Overall compensation when it came to your job description was fair, however, you will be required to do mostly things outside of your job description, making it actually very poor compensation.
